What does the client actually approve?

A share link opens the design without an account. The client can approve that revision or ask for a change. You still measure on site before anyone builds.

What is not included yet?

Cut lists, CNC files, job quotes and code-compliance checks are coming soon. Today you get the drawings, the 3D view, a design check and a rough sheet count.
