What happens when my free trial ends?
You move to the free plan automatically — 1 job per month, wardrobe only, watermarked PDFs. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no lock-in and no cancellation fee. After cancelling, your data is retained for 90 days so you can still export, then deleted on request.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. A$29 and A$79 are GST-inclusive prices, and your invoices show GST correctly.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a 7-day refund policy from your first payment. Just email [email protected].
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Job data is stored in a Sydney-region database and payments run through Stripe. We don't sell your data to third parties, and you can export your work anytime.
