What happens when my free trial ends?
You move to the free plan automatically — 1 job per month, wardrobe room type only, watermarked PDFs. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is A$29/month inc GST and renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription → Manage/cancel, or email [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you. No lock-in and no cancellation fee. After cancelling, your data is retained for 90 days so you can still export, then deleted on request.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. A$29 is a GST-inclusive price, and your Stripe receipts show GST correctly.
Do you offer refunds?
If you email [email protected] within 7 days of a charge and have not used the Pro features in that billing period, we refund it in full. If an outage stops you using Carcasso for more than 24 hours in a row, we give a proportional refund or credit. These are on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which our terms never exclude. Full policy in Terms section 9.
How do I get help?
Email [email protected] — we reply within 1 business day. Inside the app, the Help panel and the bug button reach us too.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Job data is stored in a Sydney-region database and payments run through Stripe. We don't sell your data to third parties, and you can export your work anytime.
