Plans#

During the trial#

You have every Pro feature for 14 days. The top bar shows Trial · Xd; Settings → Subscription shows the days left. If you subscribe with more than 3 trial days left, you keep those days: the first A$29 is charged when the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. With 3 days or fewer left, the first charge is on the day you subscribe. The app tells you which applies under the Subscribe button.

On the Free plan#

After the trial the top bar shows Free · 0/1 (jobs used this month). Starting a second job in a month, choosing a room other than Wardrobe, or removing the watermark opens the upgrade screen.

Subscribe to Pro#

1. Press the Trial or Free chip in the top bar, Subscribe on the banner or dashboard, or go to Settings → Subscription.
2. Press Subscribe to Pro · $29/mo. If your email is not confirmed yet, the app sends a confirmation link first — click it, then try again.
3. Pay on the secure Stripe checkout page. You return to Carcasso with You're on Pro — thanks for subscribing. The top bar shows Pro. If it still says Trial or Free after a few minutes, reload the app.

A3 plan set (one design, one-off)#

In the simple view on the Free plan, downloading Plan set (A3 PDF) gives you sheet 1 free and offers the unlock: Unlock the A3 plan set — A$49. It unlocks the full A3 plan set for that one design — plan, every elevation, sections, schedule and 3D sheets, watermark-free — straight away. It does not include a cut list or hardware schedule and does not unlock other features. It is kept against your account, so you can download again any time. Refund: email us within 7 days of paying, before you have exported the watermark-free brief.

Manage or cancel your subscription#

Go to Settings → Subscription and press Manage / cancel subscription. This opens the secure Stripe billing page, where you can cancel, change your card or download invoices.

• Cancelling stops the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account moves to Free.
• No cancellation fee. Your jobs stay in your account.
• You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.

Not subscribed any more? Past invoices and billing details in the same card still opens your billing history.

Update your card#

Settings → Subscription → Manage / cancel subscription, then change the card on the billing page.

If a payment fails#

A banner reads Your last Pro payment didn't go through. Update your card within 7 days to keep Pro. Press Update card. The card is retried automatically and Pro stays on while you fix it.

Refunds#

Email [email protected] within 7 days of a charge; if you have not used the Pro features in that billing period it is refunded in full. If an outage stops you using Carcasso for more than 24 hours in a row in a billing period, you get a proportional refund or credit. The full policy is in the Terms of Service (section 9). Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change your email or password#

Settings → Account → Change email: enter the new address and click the link in both emails. Accounts that sign in with email and password also have a Password card with Change password. Forgot it? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

Download my data#

Settings → Your data → Download my data saves a JSON file with your jobs, business profile, materials and settings — from the cloud and this device.

Delete my account#

Settings → Your data → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account, every saved job, your share links and your settings, and cannot be undone — download your data first if you want a copy. Type DELETE to confirm and press Permanently delete. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first (the button is right there); deleting the account does not cancel billing.

Sign out#

Press Sign out on the dashboard or in Settings → Account. Signing out syncs your jobs to the cloud and clears them from this browser, so the next person on the device does not see them.
